A trio of experienced restaurateurs…as Managing Partner’s/Owner’s
Ryan Dwyer, Nick Dwyer and Mike Schnupp know and love the restaurant industry. They have a combined operational-managerial history of over 40 years in the business. Nick and Ryan grew up in a family owned restaurant and began working in the industry in their mid teens. Mike has worked exclusively within restaurants and country clubs since he was 14 years old.
Each partner brings his own expertise and significant experience to the project.
Nick manages the Front of the House-dinning room operation and oversees the excellent front service team. He brings over 10 years of dining room expertise to the Tavern. Ryan manages the Bar operation and brings over 8 years experience as one of the area’s finest mixologists and bar managers. Mike is Chef/Manager of the kitchen. He is a 1991 Culinary Institute of America graduate, with a recognized passion for the culinary arts.
We have over twenty team members on staff with a combined restaurant-foodservice experience pool of over 100 years! Each person was selected because of their belief in and commitment to the profession of service and the industry of hospitality. These are also very passionate about what they do…serving others.
